R&D & Manufacturing Capacity
We have a strong R&D team of 20 members, capable of providing one-stop OEM/ODM services covering solution optimization, structural and appearance design, mold development, material selection, product testing, and more. Our manufacturing base is located in Humen, Dongguan City, with over 300 staff. It is equipped with a complete set of production workshops, including SMT (4 sets), post-soldering (8 lines), PCBA prototyping, assembly, packaging, and quality control. Our annual production capacity is approximately 10 million fast chargers and other products.

Equipment: Solder Paste Printer, YAMAH SMT Machine, Reflow Oven, AOI, SPI, Wave Soldering Machine, ICT, Ultrasonic Cleaner, etc.
SMT Processing: There are 6 SMT lines, with a daily processing capability of over 8 million points. Special trained personnel are needed, and a dust-free environment is required.
Plug-in Line: There are 4 Plug-in lines, with about 80 workers. Big components like capacitors and inductors need to be mounted on the PCB in these lines.
Assembly Line: When PCBAs are ready, the final assembly is finished in these lines. There are about 100 workers for manual assembly and testing.

Dongguan sits in the Pearl River Delta, next to Shenzhen and Hong Kong. This provides fast access to electronic component suppliers, reducing lead times. Major ports and airports are within 1-2 hours, lowering shipping costs. A mature manufacturing ecosystem ensures skilled labor and support services. We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for the personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited.
